UScellular^® is committed to addressing Rural Call Completion problems. If, in association with our service, you experience any of the following after initiating a call:

• "Dead air" for 10 seconds or more
• Continual ringing with no answer
• A recording such as, 'the number you have dialed is not in service' when you are sure that you've correctly dialed the number and the called phone is working

1. The date and time the call(s) were attempted
2. The calling and called telephone numbers
