If your device isn't compatible with our network, you can easily trade it for a check or Promo Card that can be used for something new.
Your device must be unlocked by your current carrier to be eligible for the U.S. Cellular BYOD program. Please note that we will not be able to activate lost or stolen phones. Check to make sure that your device is compatible for the U.S. Cellular network.
Once you know your BYOD device is eligible to bring on to our network, you can visit your local U.S. Cellular store for activation and a SIM card.
Yes, as long as your BYOD device is compatible and unlocked by your previous carrier.

AppleCare is transferable and will stay with your device. AppleCare will remain active when you move your device to U.S. Cellular.
