First off, you'll need to make sure the device is cleared of all personal information and reset to manufacturer default settings.
If you're still signed in on any cloud accounts or if the lock screen is active, you will be charged the full price of your device.
To avoid being charged full price, make sure to:
- Sign out of all cloud services
- Delete all personal data
- Deactivate screen lock code

To return within 15 days of purchase, your device must be in like-new condition, i.e., perfect working condition with no physical, cosmetic and/or liquid damage. Please include all original packaging, SIM card, chargers, cables, other components and manuals.
If your device was mailed to you (e.g. orders online or over the phone), use the pre-paid, pre-addressed return slip included with your package to send it back within 15 days of your activation date. You can also visit us
