  Broadband Facts, or Broadband Labels, are part of an FCC Mandate designed to provide easy-to-understand information about services that provide high-speed internet and plans that include data.
  
  Broadband Facts look like FDA nutrition labels. So, when you’re shopping, you’ll see clearly listed information (prices, introductory rates, speeds, data allowance, etc.) to help you find the best data or internet plan for your needs and budget. Plan types with Broadband Facts labels are:

  • Smartphone Plans
  • Prepaid Plans
  • Home Internet
  • Small Business
  • Large Business & Government

• Where do I find Broadband Facts? +

  You can find Broadband Facts labels on our Broadband Facts Portal.
  
  You’ll also see Broadband Facts on uscellular.com and, when you're shopping in-store, an associate can help you access the portal.
• Why am I not seeing a Broadband Facts label for my plan? +

  Not all plans will have a Broadband Facts label. Only plans that are currently available and include data will display a label. For example, a voice only plan won’t have a label.
  
  If a plan is not currently for sale, you won't see a label for it.
  
  You can request a Broadband Facts label as long as the plan was for sale within the past two years. View our Broadband Facts Portal to find your plan or submit a request.
• Can I have the Broadband Facts for my plan sent to me? +

  Current customers can submit a request on our Broadband Facts Portal. Enter your zip code and filter by the type of plan you’re looking for (home internet, prepaid, etc.).
  
  If you don’t see the plan you’re looking for, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Request Info". Give us your account number, phone number and email. You'll get a response with your label within 30 days.
