An Account PIN (personal identification number) is a unique number that identifies you as an account holder.
Your account PIN has two purposes:
Verify your identity when contacting Customer Service.
Confirm authorization when porting your phone number (transferring) to another carrier.
You can either call us or visit a store. Please remember, when in-store you’ll need a government-issued ID.
Yes. The account owner can set up unique PINs for each authorized person on the account.
The account owner can call us at Customer Service or visit us in-store to set up a PIN for each authorized person on the account. When visiting us in-store, bring a valid government-issued ID.
