You'll use the promo code "REJOIN" to register and then send us the final bill from your current carrier.

Start submission

After you've cancelled service with your existing carrier and switched to UScellular, you'll need a copy of your final bill with your device balance and/or Early Termination Fees (ETF) listed. You can then submit your request on our Contract Buyout page.
Note: Remember to start the reimbursement process on our Contract Buyout page within 30 days of coming back to us.
