Yes, you'll need to go to our Contract Buyout page to initiate the reimbursement process. Make sure to start the process within 30 days of activating service with UScellular. You'll need to send us the final bill from your current carrier to be reimbursed.
No, after completing the Contract Buyout reimbursement form and sending us the final bill from your current carrier, you'll get a Virtual Promo Card with credit for up to $800, per line, for any Early Termination Fees (ETF) and/or remaining installment payments. You can then apply that credit towards your last bill with your current carrier.
